Job Title: Mobile Ops App - Engineer

Job location: Plano TX – 100% Onsite

Job description:

This position is to support leading medical device company on their post- production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the following in VMware Workspace ONE (a.k.a. AirWatch).

• Deployment of enterprise iOS apps, iOS VPP apps, and managed Google Play apps.

• Provisioning profiles for enterprise iOS apps.

• Device configuration profiles.

• DEP profiles

o User accounts and groups

o Assignment/smart groups

· Organization groups.

· Report generation

• Using Apple App Store Connect to publish apps in the Apple App Store and retrieve app metrics

• Managing devices and VPP apps in Apple Business Manager

• Using Google Play Console to publish apps in the Google Play Store and retrieve app metrics

• Managing devices and configurations in Android Zero Touch Enrollment portal

• Preparing app stage test verification reports and other documentation.

• Advanced support and troubleshooting for mobile device and app installation issues

• Processing support tickets

• Communicating/collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Generating reports and using Excel to merge report data

Key Skills Required

• 4+ years of experience managing Apple mobile devices with the following:

· UEM/EMM/MDM systems.

· Enterprise iOS apps and iOS VPP apps

o Apple Business Manager (a.k.a. Device Enrollment Program)

o Automated Device Enrollment

· Device supervision.

· 2+ years of Workspace ONE system administration experience Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Advanced Excel experience (e.g. filters and formulas)

• Experience managing Android devices is a plus
