Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE - Project Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

  • Define and oversee Dynamics 365 CRM CE projects, leading teams of Technical Solution Architects, Tech Business Analysts, developers, and testers through road mapping, requirement definition, solution design, configuration, coding, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM CE solutions.
  • Function as a trusted advisor to customers, requiring a strong blend of skills and experience in both business analysis and project management.
  • Possess strong experience in managing client expectations, project scope, and demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Engage with all levels of the client's team, providing recommendations and proactive best practice advice throughout all phases of the service delivery life cycle.
  • Define and manage overall project goals and success criteria, collaborating with clients on the creation and execution of the project plan.
  • Oversee all project deliverables, ensuring adherence to Capgemini methodology and best practices.
  • Provide overall project communication and regular status updates, including burn reports to the client.
  • Identify, track, and assist in resolving project issues, risks, and dependencies.
  • Manage project scope and track change requests.
  • Maintain client relationships at the project level and collaborate with Microsoft or other partners for assigned engagements.
  • Establish a resource plan aligned with the budget and track project expenditures.
  • Drive project activity, ensuring team members meet deadlines and complete timesheets and expense reports.
  • Develop and maintain project reusable assets.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: 10 years of project delivery management experience in business consulting, systems development, systems integration, and project management for Dynamics 365 CRM engagements.
  • Preferred: Experience in leading several large-scale Dynamics 365 CRM projects in business analysis and project management roles.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Experience in leading a team and working with various project delivery methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Preferred: Experience with other CRM software like Oracle, SalesLogix, Salesforce, etc.
  • Certifications: Preferred certifications include Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Service, and any additional Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
  • Other relevant certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), CPMP (Certified Project Management Practitioner), Associate in Project Management, MPM (Master Project Manager), PPM (Professional in Project Management), PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
