Qualifications:

• A bachelor's or a master’s degree;
• At least 5 years experience in Semiconductors Project Management;
• Experience in Agile methodology, scrum-based development and Waterfall methodology;
• Basic understanding of the Semiconductors industry and VLSI design;
• Experience working with different project management tools (e.g. Jira, Microsoft Project);
• Strong communication skills and a pragmatic attitude;
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results;
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity;
• Ability to analyze, make decisions and take responsibility;
• Ability to engage productively within teams;
• Competence to define, initiate and maintain process improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Semiconductors projects from end to end;
• Complete all project management phases: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing;
• Responsible for project management deliverables, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risks, and stakeholders management;
• Actively work to identify project-related misalignments and propose mitigation plans;
• Interact with all project stakeholders and keep updated on the project status;
• Responsible for change management;
• Participate in project management process improvements activities;
• Take actions to assure the sustainability of the project team.
