What makes our internship so special?

During the internship, you will get the opportunity to work under the direct reporting line of Capgemini CSR Officer, and gain experience and insights from her day-to-day to implement a sustainable transformation.

The internship will be organized around the 5 below categories, the content give you an indication of what it will be about but will be further define together based on your aspiration of focus:

• Strategy: You will be working on the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy definition and execution: You will get access to the insights and the key elements of it. You will also be able to develop and improve some dimensions of it based on market research’s, best practices from other countries, and latest European trends with and within the Capgemini group.
• Learning: You will learn more about the 3 CSR pillars: Environmental sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion and Digital inclusion, and how to cover them in a Belgium environment. You will get access to training on these area from our digital learning platform if needed
• Project: You will be able to choose one of the 3 pillars and conduct/propose a meaningful project to implement on this topic end to end with the support of the organization
• People: You will include in the Capgemini CSR ecosystem both locally and externally. Plus you will become a member of CSR community, you will be able to expand people initiatives and engagement on CSR thematic within the organization but also practice your people and communication skills.
• External impact: You will be involved in the Capgemini CSR external ecosystem that aim to implement meaningful corporate partnership to expend the positives impact we want to create within the society.
• Training supervisor: Annlore Defossez, experienced & passionate CSR officer for Capgemini Belgium.

Who would match us?

• Passion/great motivation for sustainability (one or many of these aspects: environment, diversity, inclusion, digital inclusion, etc.
• Fluent in English, bonus if you speak a second language (French or Dutch)
• Student in a Bachelor/ Master of Management, Environmental Sciences, Global Sustainability Science, Communication, Marketing or related studies
• Your master the Office suit
• Currently living in Belgium and willing to work in our office in Brussels
• Open-minded and creative
• Like to work in teams but at the same time autonomously
• Able to use entrepreneurial skills
• Having already a foot in the field is clearly an advantage (E.g.: you have follow a course at university or on an external platform, you have experience working with nonprofits, etc)
• start in September 2024 until December 2024 or February 2025 until May 2025

Secondly, you will discover a nice working environment with a lot of flexibility so you can choose to work at the beautiful office or at home if you prefer Finally, you will have the chance to work with Annlore, who is a great internship advisor because she'll always be there to help you and answer your questions!
