Title: MS Dynamics CRM Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL (Onsite)

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical expertise in MS Dynamics 365 and previous versions, both online and on-premises.
  • Extensive experience in designing security models and out-of-the-box configurations.
  • Proficient in workflows, business rules, plugins, form customization, and CRM administration.
  • Hands-on experience with C#, .Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and MSD developer toolkit.
  • Skilled in SQL Server development, SSRS, and SSIS design and development for implementing data tier components and services.
  • Experience in MS CRM 3rd party integration using middleware tools.
  • Familiarity with APIs, REST, ODATA, Web APIs, and SSIS packages.
  • Expertise in utilizing Azure services for integration, including Azure Functions and Service Bus.
  • Proficient in using PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate for upstream and downstream systems integrations.
  • Technical expertise in setting up DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding and clarification of business requirements, handling analysis, coding, testing, and quality processes for tasks.
  • Ability to think independently and be solution driven.
  • Experience in evaluating alternative approaches and selecting optimal solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience or knowledge in Power Apps portals.
  • Experience with desk customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage.
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and migration of Dynamics and USD configurations between environments.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Service, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customizations.
