Senior Software Engineer - Informatica Production Support

Location – Fort Mills SC (Hybrid)

Duration – Fulltime

Key Responsibilities

• The Informatica Support Specialist is responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for Informatica environments, ensuring the smooth operation of workflows and batch processes, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
• Work with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve integration issues between Informatica and other systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as applying patches, upgrades, and configuration changes to Informatica components.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Informatica configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures

Required Skills

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Informatica environments including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor Informatica workflows and batch processes to ensure smooth operation and address any failures or performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to diagnose and resolve integration issues between Informatica and other systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as applying patches upgrades and configuration changes to Informatica components.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Informatica configurations processes and troubleshooting procedures
• Participate in on call rotation to provide 24 7 support coverage for critical issues and emergencies
• Utilize batch scheduling tools e g Control M Autosys to create and manage job schedules dependencies and alerts
• Troubleshoot batch job failures investigate root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand batch job requirements and optimize scheduling configurations
