Lastly, you know UX is about more than digital screens. You think of User Experience holistically and seek create the best experiences whether they are digital or physical.

What you’ll do:

In this role you’ll be working with clients across our portfolios and delivering some of our most innovative and impactful engagements. These engagements will mainly focus a range of qualitative research including User Experience research and other moderated research (e.g. ethnography, focus groups). If you focus on building strong client relationships and love the challenge of bringing the brief to your clients, this role could be for you.

  • Proactive problem solving. You’re a natural problem solver and can identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; independently seeking out solutions.
  • Exhibit ownership and responsibility. You are dependable and take responsibility for your actions, honoring commitments and completing tasks on time or notifying appropriate person with an alternate plan.
  • Build strong relationships. In partnership with your teams, create trusted relationships with senior level clients that drive great work and growth.
  • Know your clients. Understand the goals of your clients’ organizations and recognize your clients’ individual roles in achieving those goals.
  • Inspire your clients (to be better). Actively connect the dots, from consumer and UX trends to the competitive landscape, bring a holistic perspective to our clients’ business on a regular basis. Make them better at their jobs for knowing you.

Desired Skills:

  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in qualitative moderated research and UX including Research, Strategy and Design. Experience in Consulting, Innovation, Customer Experience or Consumer Insights a plus. Strong agency experience preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of the UX research methodologies including both generative and evaluative methods such as: ethnographic interviews, heuristic evaluation, surveys, diary studies, UX testing, card sorting, and tree testing. Experience working in and facilitating Agile product development processes a plus.
  • Experience moderating a range of research events from one on one interviews, to focus groups, to ride-alongs. Experience moderating both in person and virtually is a must.
  • Experience working with UX research and design teams throughout the product development process.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to deal with competing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration across internal teams to drive impact for clients.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries like Healthcare and Financial Services a plus, although not required.

Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000.
