The Role

We’re looking for a Client Success Specialist to take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients nurturing relationships, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities to grow and improve client outcomes.
You’ll inherit a mix of well-established partnerships and untapped opportunities, giving you the best of both worlds: relationship management and growth.
You’ll be the trusted point of contact, working closely with our Manager of Client Success and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver meaningful results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of corporate clients
  • Deliver a proactive, relationship-led client experience
  • Develop tailored success plans to drive adoption, utilisation, and value
    Build strong, multi-level relationships across client organisations
  • Identify expansion opportunities and minimise churn risk
  • Monitor usage, engagement, and retention trends to inform strategy
  • Conduct regular client reviews and present insights that demonstrate value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product improvements and client outcomes

About You
  • 2+ years’ experience in Client Success, Account Management, or similar
  • Strong relationship-building skills you build trust naturally
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Confident working with data and using insights to drive conversations
  • Excellent communication skills (you can present, influence, and engage)
  • Highly proactive with a genuine sense of ownership
Nice to have:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field
