The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on National Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance of A2B’s facilities across Australia.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage everything from maintenance and compliance to vendor performance and projects ensuring our sites run safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day facilities operations across multiple sites
  • Manage planned & reactive maintenance (electrical, plumbing, fire systems etc.)
  • Oversee vendor and contractor performance (SLAs, quality, cost)
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, regulations, and Australian Standards
  • Coordinate projects, upgrades, and building works
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control
  • Drive continuous improvement across facilities and processes
  • Maintain asset registers, schedules, and documentation

About You
  • Proven experience in facilities or building management
  • Hands-on experience managing maintenance and operations
  • Strong vendor and contractor management experience
  • Working knowledge of building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
  • Solid understanding of WHS and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing budgets and projects (highly regarded)
  • Strong organisation, problem-solving and stakeholder skills
