As a Team Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly while working closely with senior leaders. Supporting the Business Manager and Executive team, you’ll provide high‑quality administrative support that helps leaders stay organised, informed and focused.
You’ll manage a variety of coordination activities including diaries, travel and expenses, meetings and workshops, as well as office administration such as catering and supplies. Beyond administration, you’ll also help shape a positive and engaging workplace by coordinating team events and culture initiatives.
This role offers a great blend of senior exposure, autonomy and purpose, allowing you to make a real impact on both operational efficiency and employee experience at A2B Australia. As part of your role you will;
Administration and Office Responsibilities
- Provide effective diary, travel and expense management
- Coordinate stationery, catering, office supplies and team events
- Prepare high-quality correspondence and maintain accurate, up-to-date records and files
- Collate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports in line with agreed schedules Build effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Ensure accurate information is available to support efficient team operations
- Organise and support efficient meetings (in-person and virtual), including agendas, minutes and action follow-up
- Coordinate administrative support for internal and external workshops
- Ensure timely, accurate and high-quality communication across the leadership team
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and professional workplace culture
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and engagement with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support for public relations and media activities as required
- Support the COO with administration of objectives, performance reviews and accountability reporting
- Ensure documentation is accurate and completed in line with agreed timeframes
- Assist with tracking progress against OKRs
- Ensure hazards, incidents, injuries and near misses are reported and managed in line with company policies
- Support the implementation of appropriate safety controls and safe work practices
- Assist with maintaining compliance with WHS legislation and A2B safety requirements
- Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment for the team
