As one of our Call Centre Operators, you'll:
· Answer customer calls and efficiently book taxis.
· Help customers with travel-related queries, whether it's lost property or an update on their trip.
· Provide exceptional customer service that sets us apart.

What we're looking for:
· Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and drivers.
· Quick decision-making ability to handle busy periods effectively.
· Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
· Basic computer skills and tech-savviness are a must.
