About the role
We’re looking for a confident and motivated Client Success Coordinator to join our high‑performing Client Success team. This is a part‑time opportunity, ideal for students or job seekers looking for flexibility while building valuable sales and commercial experience.
This is a high‑volume outbound role, where you’ll focus on re‑engaging dormant accounts and reaching out to prospective clients. You’ll spend your day making calls, sending follow‑up emails and supporting targeted campaigns all with the goal of sparking interest and booking qualified meetings for our Sales and Client Success teams. As part of your role you will;
- Make high‑volume outbound calls and send follow‑up emails to engage new leads and dormant clients
- Reconnect with inactive accounts and introduce Cabcharge’s payment and travel solutions
- Confidently communicate our value proposition and secure meetings or callbacks
- Support campaign‑based outreach aligned to business growth objectives
- Identify and refer warm opportunities to the Sales or Client Success teams
- Accurately record all activity in HubSpot CRM (full training provided)
- Occasionally assist with inbound enquiries to support a seamless client experience
- Share insights from conversations to improve messaging, targeting and campaign effectiveness
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, contact centre or phone‑based roles
- Confident, persuasive communicator who enjoys building rapport and uncovering needs
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working towards activity and conversion targets
- Self‑motivated, positive and keen to learn and grow
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) is a bonus, but not essential
