B2C Marketing Coordinator - 13cabs


We're hiring a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to keep our passenger communications humming. You'll own the content rhythm across social, email and push, help move campaigns from brief to live, activate partnerships, and keep PR and events on track—turning performance data into clear, practical insights.


What you'll do

• Plan, write, schedule and publish content across social, email and push—on time and on brand.
• Coordinate passenger campaigns and activations with partners, agencies and internal teams.
• Activate partnerships (sports, events, community): manage assets, approvals, fulfilments and wrap reports.
• Coordinate PR, filming, events and mail-outs; manage suppliers, timelines and logistics.
• Track performance across channels (social, email, in-app, PR) and deliver monthly insights decks with recommendations.
• Keep us organised: minutes, documentation; support vendor onboarding, and light budget admin.

About you

• 1-2 years' related experience in marketing, content or communications (in-house or agency).
• Strong writing/editing skills and a consistent brand voice.
• Comfortable scheduling/publishing content and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Well organised, detail-oriented and proactive; confident juggling competing deadlines.
• Nice to have: Canva/Adobe basics; CRM experience (e.g., MoEngage/Mailchimp)
