• Answer customer calls and efficiently book taxis.
• Dispatch drivers skilfully to ensure prompt service.
• Provide exceptional customer service that sets us apart.

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and drivers.
• Quick decision-making ability to handle busy periods effectively.
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Basic computer skills and tech-savviness are a must.
