Job Purpose:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to lead the development and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Your role will be critical in enhancing our business processes and ensuring our technology stack supports our strategic objectives.

Opportunities and Responsibilities:

• Lead transformative projects using Dynamics 365 to automate and improve business processes.
• Provide software development solutions and technical analysis to fulfill customer requirements.
• Collaborate within an agile team to deliver iterative solutions that maximize customer satisfaction.
• Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM architecture that meets business and technical requirements.
• Customize CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows according to user needs.
• Advise on CRM development and integration best practices to ensure sustainable solutions.
• Maintain code repositories and manage source control to minimize technical debt.
• Participate in agile scrum meetings and collaborate on delivering work packages efficiently.

Requirements:

• Strong written communication skills, particularly in technical documentation.
• At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE online, including customization and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in C# for plugin development, Azure functions, and familiarity with CRM API and REST/ODATA endpoints.
• Solid understanding of security models, Visual Studio, Bit Bucket, Git, and CRM SDK.
• Knowledge of Data Export Service, Azure SQL, and ideally, experience with Power Platform and Azure components.
