As a Permanent Call Centre Agent, you'll be at the heart of our operation, connecting passengers with their rides and ensuring their journeys are smooth and stress-free. Training is provided.
As a Permanent Call Centre Agent, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving incoming customer calls and assisting with booking taxi services.
- Providing accurate information about fare estimates, available vehicles, and estimated arrival times.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborating with drivers and dispatch to ensure timely and efficient pickups.
- Recording customer details and interactions accurately for future reference.
- We are looking for Permanent full time shifts with 8am to 10am start times working Tuesday to Saturday
