About the Role:
As a Client Success Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction for both our clients and travellers who reach out to us through our inbound channels.

Every day in Client Success brings new challenges and opportunities. To excel in this role, you'll need to embrace flexibility in your daily activities, relish problem-solving, and, above all, have an unwavering passion for delivering a top-notch experience to our clients.
Serving as the voice of our customers and often their initial point of contact, you'll hold a significant role in our organization, working closely with our onboarding, Client Success Specialists, and Sales teams.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Provide friendly front-line support to our travelers and corporate clients via live chat, email, and phone in a timely manner.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product and deliver it to customers in simple and easy to understand terminology.
- Approve orders and process card cancellations as necessary.
- Working alongside with Client Success Specialist and Sales teams to triage any escalations.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Looking to develop a career in Client Success/Sales
- Highly motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Ability to function effectively in a high-speed setting and embrace change.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
