• Solution Design:
  • Design and implement efficient, cost-effective cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure.
  • Co-design product and feature solutions.
  • Uphold the ARB approval process.
• Coding:
  • Maintain and develop current products with high-quality code.
  • Adhere to and improve coding standards and practices.
  • Engage in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline, and TDD practices.
  • Uplift and customize existing solutions while capturing business requirements.
  • Contribute ideas for improvements and execute fixes.
  • Support, manage, and maintain backend solutions.
• DevOps and Support:
  • Participate in DevOps activities ensuring service availability.
  • Be proactive in addressing production issues.
  • Implement automated monitoring and alerting for critical features.
• Leadership and Mentoring:
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering personal growth.
  • Create a positive, productive work environment.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance the team’s technical capabilities.

• Tertiary IT degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Agile methodologies advocate.
• Ability to collaborate with a remote and distributed team.

• 7+ years in developing commercial applications.
• Expertise in C# .NET, .NET WebAPI, and related technologies.
• Proven leadership and team mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Skilled in TDD, Unit Testing, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum.
• Proficient with Microsoft Azure Cloud, its monitoring, and alerting systems.
• Experience in DevOps, software principles, quality standards, and architectural patterns.
• Google Maps API, Mobile App API integration, data analytics, and UX collaboration (Preferred).
