What You'll Do: As our Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workshop. Your key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and Leading: Mentor and develop our Install Technicians to ensure they are performing at their best.
• Repairs: Ensure the timely repair of taxi equipment, performing basic fault diagnosis, and sourcing necessary parts and materials.
• Maintenance: Keep shop equipment running smoothly by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and performing preventative maintenance.
• Stock Management: Maintain stock levels and reorder supplies through regular stocktakes.
• Safety: Ensure that all staff follow safe operating procedures and site safety rules and comply with health and safety policies.
• Work Planning: Collaborate with the TaxiTech Manager and Administrator to plan daily and weekly work efficiently.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate service and administrative records.
• Collaboration: You'll interact with various internal departments, customers, and external agencies.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a workshop or technical environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Basic technical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
